Their customer service is excellent. They respond quickly and handle concerns in a timely manner. I’ve only needed to use their replacement policy once, and the process was straightforward and fast. Overall, I feel their glasses are well made, and I’m very satisfied with both their products and customer service.

I absolutely LOVE my Lensmart glasses! 🤓🩷 I chose two completely different styles and honestly, I’m so happy with both of them. The Behati is definitely my fun, girly pair. I love the pink cat-eye shape and the diamond/rhinestone details, they make the glasses feel so pretty and feminine without being too much. They’re the kind of glasses that can instantly make a simple outfit look more put together. ✨ Then I got the Wendi sunglasses, which are completely different but just as gorgeous. The black and grey cat-eye shape gives them a more classic, chic and slightly dramatic look. These are definitely my “I want to look put together without trying too hard” sunglasses. 😎🖤 Both pairs are lightweight and comfortable to wear, and I was really impressed with how they looked in person compared to the website. The frames also feel good quality and sturdy, while still being comfortable enough for everyday wear AND my prescription was perfect! I genuinely love both pairs and have already found myself reaching for them when putting outfits together. Lensmart has so many different styles, so if you’re someone who likes to switch up your look, there are definitely options for you! Overall, I’m very happy with my glasses and would absolutely recommend Lensmart. 💕

I had a small issue with my prescription and also needed to cancel one of my frames. Customer support was really helpful and sorted everything out quickly via email. They corrected my prescription details and processed the cancellation without any hassle. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!
