Glasses precsription for Varifocals unsuitable, replacment offered with no guarantee, you will cover the cost of returns and custom charges. Being trying to get resolution since July through email, paypal, will have to issue chargeback. Explained to them PD are not given to customers . I gave them the PD Specsavers gave me and still didnt work, Opticians generally advised against getting Varifocals as it requires proper fittings and measurements. Lensmart will find every opportunity not to refund or cover cost or provide return lable so you bear the cost. Still trying to get my £124.26 back from this awful company. They also need to pay for customs charges if you returning which am not sure they would.

I’ve ordered from them previously and had so many compliments on all 4 pairs of glasses I purchased… naturally I needed to buy 3 more !! I will forever buy my glasses from Lensmart! I had a little hiccup in shipping with my second order but they have been so nice to work with and they are shipping me a new order after my package was lost (due to label issues)

I had the opportunity to try two pairs of glasses from Lensmart. I honestly didn’t expect such great quality. The glasses are well-made, have a beautiful design, look amazing on the face, and I think I chose some really great styles as well. I also had a very positive experience communicating with the Lensmart team. I’m really happy with the whole experience!

Perfectly made lenses . My prescription is quite complicated but they have managed to produce it as it should be. Have had a few issues with the orders but they were there all the time and were fair all the time. My third pair is on the way now.
