Customer service is very helpful and understanding. It took a while due to the difference in the time zones but they were easy to work with and resolved a problem with a broken frame.

If youve stumbled upon lensmart and unsure whether or not to do it. 100% DO. I was very sceptical, never heard of them before but checked on here and seen so many great reviews. I have received my ‘sahana’ glasses today. Ive barley had them on an hour and I have gone back to them and ordered 2 more pairs. With having such bad eye sight and having to pay extortionate prices at the opticians, this has been my saving grace. Paying £23 for my first pair and ordered 2 more tonight for a total of £29. Im sorry but thats amazing. The quality is amazing, and i dare say better that optician products. I highly doubt id go anywhere else again. They are also the only online company I have found that can handle my prescription.

i ordered two pairs from this company on Sept1, it is now Sept22, I have constantly checked both the Lensmark Tracking page and the USPS tracking page. The lensmart tracking page says that the last movement was on Sept 8, the USPS label was created on Sept 1. There has been no movement there either. I requested a proof of shipment from them (Lensmart) on Sept18. All they could give me proof was of the USPS shipping label. Who knows if the glasses were even picked up to be shipped. I only found out about where they ship out of after the purchase. They don't provide a telephone number to talk to a real person, probably because the business is terrible. I don't want a pair remade or shipped out again. Their return policy is terrible, more of a rip off. if you can't produce and ship the product to the consumer, you should return ALL of the money you took from the buyer. I don't expect to receive my glasses and filed a dispute with my bank. Horrible Company!

Second time using this site and love it. Love the range and also the cost. Cheaper for me to get 2 pairs here than one pair retail. Really good quality and choice of colour lenses. I forgot to add express shipping and customer care sorted that out for me quickly. Very happy customer
