I’ve ordered several pairs of glasses from this company now, and they never disappoint. Everything always arrives in perfect condition, and I love the seasonal packaging(like on Halloween othervise you get a blue case - also very good and usefull). What I appreciate most is the level of customization you can change the lens thickness and filters and the prescription is accurate - confirmed by my optician. Their customer service is also very good; despite the time zone difference, they got back to me and resolved my issue in under 24 hours, even throwing in a discount code for the trouble.

The product is as described. In the meantime I had a claim which they handled on a professional way. Recommended

Lensmart is a SCAM; please avoid them.I wish I had read the reviews before I placed the order. Now I had become another victim. I ordered a pair of glasses on 12/2/2025, but the item was never delivered. Lensmart provided a USPS tracking number as proof of delivery, but I confirmed with USPS via telephone (1-800-275-8777) that the tracking number does not belong to me. The package was actually delivered to a different recipient at a different address that happens to share the same zip code. Lensmart has refused to make a simple phone call to verify this or take responsibility for correcting the error. Providing a third-party tracking number as 'proof' of my delivery is fraudulent. This is a clear attempt to use 'ghost tracking' to avoid issuing refunds for unfulfilled orders. Please don't order otherwise you will lose your money. It is a SCAM.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We checked your order and the logistics information shows that the package has been delivered. If you haven't received your package, could you please contact the post office to obtain relevant proof? Once we confirm the issue with the package, we will definitely provide you with a solution. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
