Quick delivery. Sorted out my issue when I had a problem.

This is a company who will only communicate via email - and, if you live in America, will email overnight as they have outsourced their support. So, you cannot engage in conversation and be done in a day. It will take you multiple days to get anywhere (for my one order, it took me two weeks). If only this was the worst part! I have three glasses from them. I only ordered the other two thinking that my initial purchase (and hope of return) was being used towards those other two. AND! The issue with my first pair was made into my fault by having the "wrong PD". Nope - the next two pairs I had the SAME issues. The Rx is completely off on all three pairs of lenses. It makes me feel as if I have vertigo. Now - I've used Warby, Zeelool and Zenni - I can say that I've NEVER had this issue with any of their online ordered glasses. This is a company who will only take your money. Nothing else. Updated: they asked me to take down my negative review to move forward with my return request. You will NOT get full return and they make you pay for shipping back (will olnot accept USPS). So, if you return, you are out all your money. And dont listen to their response.its canned. No one will review my complaint. They simple do not care about you or your eyes.

I ordered new prescription glasses in the Bambi style and I LOVE them! The prescription is perfect, and they are super cute. The order came sooner than I expected. Originally, I wanted the Hermione style but they were sold out, and found that the Bambi were super similar. I reached out to Lensmart online to see when the Hermione would be back in stock, and they responded within a day and a half. We emailed back and forth and they always reached out promptly. I had a really good experience with their customer service! I highly recommend Lensmart, as they are adorable and also VERY affordable glasses.

The glasses were really cute and good quality. Depending on the style of frame, some were a little flimsier than others. However, the majority and especially the metal frames seemed like they were excellent quality. For such a low price it's an absolute steal and the selection is massive and very on-trend. I have already recommended their store, and plan on purchasing a couple of pairs of glasses. The return process is a little lengthy but they do offer a 100% refund (shipping not included) on frames within 2 weeks which is appreciated.

This was actually a gamble purchase. I have made bought online before, from other companies, but this was after I have heard friends and family telling me about their experiences, their reviews made me buy from those stores. Lensmart purchase was a totally different matter. My daughter is in university and had sight problems. As an unemployed parent, I could not afford to take her to local Opticians because they charge an arm and a leg. However, I had seen posts on social media about Lensmart and I took it upon myself to try it. I nearly got a heart attack though after loading the prescription and paying, I did not get a following email confirmation payment (this usually happens from those other online stores), I then sent an email to the Lensmart customer service department, and I got a response alerting me that all is in order. I nearly blamed the Friday 13th that I had lost my money, but that email from Lensmart really helped and I was hopeful. From then on, I logged on to the tracking system and I could trace my order. I was disappointed by the local courier though, but this was amended and I eventually received my glasses. My daughter has never been happier, the lens is the correct one. She also has the best frame. I also need glasses, and I am definitely getting them from Lensmart. I am now telling everyone about Lensmart.

They were super fast with delivery the ordering process was efficient and the glasses are absolutely beautiful and in the right prescription will definitely order from here again!

The Renea & Indiana Glasses I got are so amazing the lenses are fitted perfectly I can see clearly and the frames are just so beautiful I feel like a new person with every pair I wear. The quality is just so good I’m definitely coming back for more.

Son unas gafas de excelente calidad, en mi caso solicité gafas de sol con graduación y realmente se pasó, quedaron perfectas, y pedí otras sin graduación y también quedaron perfectas, el material es muy resistente y su envío se demoró muy poco para ser internacional.
