I recently bought my mother a pair of…
I recently bought my mother a pair of very complicated glasses, they are perfect for her needs. They had a slight crack in the frame and lensmart offered to replace them without any issues. I appreciate their service and quick response time. Will buy again.

This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company. I ordered multiple pairs of glasses from them recently, with two being identical. Upon arrival, those two pairs measured narrower than stated in the item description. Tried to figure out whether to do a return or exchange. Customer service kept asking bs questions-very much feels like a stall tactic. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. There're better ones out there.
