I can only say good things
I can only say good things. They are fast, empathetic, helpful! I can only recommend them. My husband has been wearing glasses for 2 years, I have been wearing them for 1 year. My son has been wearing them for about 4 months. I ordered their glasses for my daughter and my father 1 month ago. I can only recommend them. I am satisfied with their service.

I like that when I brought my query
I like that when I brought my query, they replied. I hate the fact that I had to ask what was happening in my order for me to know why it hasn't arrived. They never communicate, it's clear I would still be waiting for an order thats not coming..

Excellent support when I had a prescription issue
I ordered my glasses from Lensmart and I made a mistake in my prescription details. I contacted their customer service by email and they responded very quickly. They helped me fix the issue without any complications and were very supportive throughout the process. I really appreciate how fast and professional they were in handling my case.
