I ordered my glasses and when they came…
I ordered my glasses and when they came there was a mix up with the prescription. Customer service was amazing and helped me get the issue resolved quickly. They remade the lenses at no cost to me and I received them in about a week. I will continue to order my glasses from lensmart when I need new ones. Thank you for everything you did. ❤️

The Aliana glasses are simply amazing
The Aliana glasses are simply amazing. I absolutely love the beautiful details and the elegant, sophisticated design. Finally, I have a pair of glasses that actually stays on my face instead of constantly slipping down, and they go perfectly with every outfit. The Varnika sunglasses are just as lovely. The little heart detail on the side is such a cute touch, and the quality of both pairs is excellent. They feel sturdy, comfortable, and very well made. I’m really happy with them! 👓✨

What amazes me about these glasses is…
What amazes me about these glasses is the insane quality for the small prices !! That is something I am searching for in products I buy as a student on a budget, but who doesn’t want to compromise quality! With the little case they come with, they are easy to protect for a long time!

Follow up after care is awful.
Follow up after care is awful. Ordered 2 glasses and 1 was ok but the other was blurry. They blamed the prescription but as stated the other glasses were fine. They also wanted an extra £40 to fix the problem.
