LensFactoryReviews of lensfactory.com

Prompt arrival of shipping kit; ease of returning kit with glasses to Lensfactory; timely turn-around and completion of order; speedy return; frames returned just as sent; and - best of all - superior job of making G15 prescription lenses. I am picky about details - Lensfactory did it all, and did it all right! My top recommendation - A+++++!

Turn around time was amazing and you can't beat the price!

You answered the phone for one thing. Then the person who answered the phone knew what she was talking about. But there was one question she didn't have the answer to, so she said she would get an answer and call me back. And she got the answer, and called me back! Who does that any more? Well. You guys do that, and you have this family's business from now on.

I am highly satisfied with my new lenses, much better than I expected. I will be sending more eyeware to have lenses replaced. Prompt return. Thank you very much I will return.

This is my third pair of glass lenses from Lens Factory over the past few years. I get the progressive bifocal lenses, and they are perfect every time. Many thanks to Lens Factory for an excellent job and great customer service.

I've had several pairs of glasses made with LensFactory and I have been pleased with every one of them. The work was quality, the price was great and I am able to reuse frames that are still good.

Prompt and efficient service and glasses were received as ordered in a short time frame.

I have been a Lens factory customer for over ten years. The price, guality, and delivery are excellent; but, what really stands out, is customer service. You can buy with absolute confidence.
