Absolutely fantastic. The customer service is outstanding, product is sent to you fast and efficiently. And the results are amazing. I personally sent my own frames five to be exact. And I had one made as sunglasses with a rose tint, as I cannot see out of dark ones. My lenses are progressive and the usual cost I pay for one pair is what it cost me to have five different shades of glasses that I can mix with my outfits so that I match. I have recommended to all my friends and family this service. I am so glad that I stumbled upon this. As it has been the absolute best way to get glasses. The quality is amazing. The vision is on point. The only thing I wish is that I had knew about this service prior. As I would have never gone back to the eyewear store, as there's always a problem. The vision is askew and you have to wait forever to be seen. Just change your glasses or fix a problem etc thank you for your service, your speediness, and your follow-up. Your customer service skills are absolutely appreciated and amazing.

I have used Lens Factory for years and have always been more than satisfied with their service. After having cataract surgery and being measured for new glasses, as always, I sent then to Lens Factory. When I received them I could not see out of my left eye. After reaching out to my doctor and being told to come back in it was discovered that the doctor made a mistake with the prescription. I contacted Lens Factory and was relieved to be told “not to worry”. I sent them back and Lens Factory went above and beyond to remake my prescription. I received them yesterday and was thrilled to find they were perfect! Thank you Lens Factory for once more, stepping up to fix the problem. I remain a very satisfied customer.

This was my 1st time trying lensfactory and was really skeptical. After, I sent my frames, I received an email stating they broke my frames. I was hurt because I could not find another frame like these in the same color. I must also say, Lensfactory looked as well and could only find a red pair. I eventually found a pair I liked . Lensfactory purchased the new frames but would not return the broken frame. Finally a photo of the broken frame was emailed to me. Fast forward, I received my glasses and the lens are perfect and I can see really well. I have another frame that I want lenses placed in but I'm a little apprehensive.

Great lenses at a great price with helpful customer service. I neglected to include my PD with my prescription, and Lens Factory reached out to me for the information.

The new lenses worked great in an older frame that was in like new condition. Very quick turnaround. Very pleased
