This company is definitely committed to make the customer satisfied. Indeed, I was. An error by the ophthalmologists office resulted in wrong information provided to lens factory. When glasses were returned, the lenses were all wrong. Quick review with the ophthalmologist and corrected information was sent to I. F. They were kind enough to make the corrections and return the glasses with the right lens without charge. The glasses and my vision is great. I'm sending a second pair for new lenses.

Easy process from beginning to finish. LF provides everything needed to ship old glasses and frames to get updated with new Rx lenses. So satisfied that sending another set of frames to get glasses updated.

End result, I got good quality lenses in a pair of frames I had bought. The process was not smooth though. They bent two clips on my frames while putting in the lenses and then had to order new ones from the factory. Those took a long time to arrive, so my glasses took several months to come back. I didn’t mind the error. Things happen. The communication was non existent though. I kept having to call and email to ask where my glasses were. They didn’t admit what had happened initially, but eventually told me what had happened after it had been over a month. If they’d simply been proactive and reached out to let me know what was going on, I would have felt much better about the whole thing. It’s not the mistakes that matter so much, it’s how you handle them.

Entire process was flawless! Admitted concerns with an online process, especially with lenses. Lenses came back flawless, no issues & eyesight view is exceptional. Quashed all concerns immediately. Shipping was fantastic, ( purchased available shipping box ) & tracking notification was great. Savings were awesome, getting ready to upgrade another pair of glasses. Highly recommend!

The process from beginning to end was easy and quick. They also send a shipping kit for $5. So convenient. I mailed out the same size box @ the post office & paid way more that that. I feel like I received a brand new pair of glasses.
