I was very impressed with the service including my interaction with an actual customer service live rep. I had various questions in order to make sure my order was spot on and the live rep was extremely helpful. Quality of the lenses were all that I expected including the fulfillment of the prescription. My prescription was progressive lenses which require precise placement of the transition portion. This was accomplished to my complete satisfaction. The time of delivery was also very much as explained with no delays.

Best glasses I've owned by far. The glass lens option is awesome. I work in a dusty environment and proper lens cleaning is not always an option. Glass is far superior to plastic in both scratch resistance and optical clarity. In summation, YOU ALL ROCK!, and you make the transaction simple and easy.
