This process was very fast, super affordable, and quality work! I was hesitant to use an online service to re lens a frame that I had. Lensfactory has mostly positive reviews online, so I took a chance. There was just a bit of difficulty with contacting them by phone, but they responded quickly by email. I am very happy that I took the chance and will do so again.

Was expecting a thinner lens as their ad says they would upgrade for a simple prescription, to a thinner lens. The lens is too thick which makes these glasses 30 grams compared to 15 grams with my previous more complicated prescription. Had this info confirmed with local glasses retailer. Do not believe everything you read. Worst part is this was second pair from them, first pair was fine. Thought we would get 2 pairs of sunglasses, but not now.

Ordering process was easy and intuitive. The pre-paid shipping feature is a nice touch. Prices were reasonable and competitive. Communication about my order was good. However, the time it took to finally receive my completed glasses seemed to be excessively long.

Lens Factory replaced the lenses to some existing glasses. Turnaround time was quick. Thank you! Only complaint is the price, which was about $100. I had the same procedure done with a second pair of glasses. Another company's price was only $66, equally good.
