This is my second thin and dark order, and like the first order my lenses are perfect. I just say that either, I check them with a 12 power loop for occlusions or anything else. Glass is great!

i ordered 1 thing, received another and charged for a 3rd.What I received was not what I ordered.What I was charged for was more than what I ordered and more than what I received. After a flurry of 3-4 mostly ignored emails explaining what happened I was told to stop changing my orders via email. I never ordered anything via email and never changed anything over emails. I just gave up and ate the $50 difference rather than hassle further. Waste of my precious time writing emails . I am also self employed and run a very busy business. I know what I would have done and what the people working for me would been expected to do. Odd as I have probably ordered 15 pairs , maybe more, of lenses from them.This order was for 3 pair Terry O’ Neill

I purchased the high index lenses for a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. I have 8 pairs of glasses with the same prescription, and I can see better out of these glasses with the high index lenses than any of my other glasses. I priced these glasses at some local optical stores, and I saved nearly $200 over what they had to offer plus I got the high index lenses to boot. This is the second pair of glasses I've had the Lens Factory do and both experiences have been very good.
