Rissa was fantastic
Rissa was fantastic. She was quick, apologetic (although she had no reason to be, it was my error), and very easy to work with. I appreciated her timely response and ability to correct my issue quickly.

Customer service is very prompt
Customer service is very prompt. I chatted with Djanna who was very helpful! Even though the website was not updated with shipping information, she contacted the shipping department and got the status. There was a UPS shipping label created and it was ready to go. Excellent service, Djanna. Thanks!

Excellent Customer Service
Djanna and Mario were able to help me resolve the issue of a bad script. I inadvertently uploaded a lens Rx rather than the one for contact lens. They were both kind and helpful. Thank you!
