Lenses didn't look as advertised
Lenses didn't look as advertised. I paid extra for mirrored lenses and these ones are clearly not mirrored, nor are even the right color. Now I have to go to the trouble of shipping back a product that was clearly misleadingly advertised, and they are warning me it might not be refunded. Don't use this!

Mario was very helpful
Mario was very helpful. A login issue prevented me from completing my lens replacement order online, so Mario took the order by phone and escalated my login problem.
