Seeing is believing. Lens direct received my RayBan frames for lens replacement on February 26, 2021. Today is March 15, 2021. Was told 7 to 10 business days for order processing....new lenses for sunglasses. 11 business days have past. Called in asked for my frames back or complete order shipped today. They refused to provide updated info during call. Instead waiting for an email. Frames initally sent on February 11, 2021. Over a month has past. Very dissapointed so far. Poor communications and order is late. Website indicates "Shipping Pending" no change in weeks? No upgraded shipping had been offered? I am not going to place anymore of my business in the care of this company unless things drastically change. Order number..913424500-A. PART 2, Canceled the order, having frames returned. Had to ask for frames back twice. The second request involved making threats to call NM AG OFFICE, NY AG OFFICE AND MY LAWYER TO RETRIEVE MY PROPERTY! This company SUCKS!

DO NOT recommend using Lens Direct for progressive lenses. Used their online process for getting measurements for my lenses. When I received my lenses knew when I put them on they weren't right. Should have known better. Have tried multiple times to get in touch with support thru online chat, email, phone in the last two weeks. Nobody has gotten in touch with me. Looks like I am out the cost of lenses. TERRIBLE SUPPORT!

Update: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I received glasses with the wrong prescription. Had to send them back. They were ordered again. 5 days after, I discovered that my lenses were made again with the INCORRECT prescription. Needed a third pair cut... STILL WAITING on glasses. It’s been over a month. I have called customer service over 25 times. No one calls you back. No one escalates the problem. I am DISGUSTED. Do yourself a favor and do not order from Lens direct. You will regret it I promise… I certainly do! I apologize for anyone who uses their company and ordered their glasses due to my previous positive five star review. This was my original review: Mia went above and beyond to ensure that my glasses were shipped and arrived before I left for my trip that I ordered them for. Because of her hard work and effort, I received my glasses on time. I can’t thank her enough. Lensdirect is lucky to have her on their team. Thanks again!

This was the first time I ordered from Lens Direct, and let me tell you it was so awesome! Wow Great price and fast delivery. I saved $300 dollars omg! I was down to my last pair of contacts and was so happy how fast they came. Will recommend my clients and will definitely order again. Thank you lens direct.

Had a minor hiccup but Lily made it right. It was nice to have an assigned person to make sure the customer was pleased. Would use again knowing this.

The overall process for getting my lenses replaced was fine. It was affordable and only took a couple of weeks from beginning to end. However, their "Standard AR" coating gives the lenses a slight greenish brown tint. They do not offer an option for completely clear lenses which was disappointing. They handled my complaint well and issued a refund.

So far not so good. Placed an order on 2/23 received the order confirmation and that was it. I uploaded my prescription the same day. I called on the 26th and was told that my order was still pending a prescription. When the agent looked and saw it was there she said of now it will process for shipping. Could not give me a date of shipment. I paid for expedited shipping and three days later the order is still sitting there. They charge $10 for handling and sit on the order. Still have not received a shipping confirmation. Lucky if this order ever shows up. Gave 2 stars because the price was good, not the aggravation.

Worst experience ordering on line ever! It's been over a month and nothing but automated email responses ending in have a nice day.
