Awesome Customer Service and Quick Delivery

I can't say enough about this company's customer service. I ordered a pair of glasses but then saw another pair that I liked better. I sent an email & they changed my order w/o me having to do anything. I've never received so many notifications about an order & what was still needed etc. Angela was wonderful & very helpful. On top of the service they make it super easy for you to virtually put the glasses on your face. It's really awesome. It definitely helps in deciding what works & what doesn't. The prices are very reasonable & I was given 25% off my first order. Highly recommended! We need more businesses that take care of their customers first. Can't wait to get them!

Contacts were on backorder, but they shipped them out quickly and was able to change the shipping location as well. Customer Service Representative Vee was very helpful and responsive.

I talked with Summer, a customer service representative, about canceling my autofill and merging some information on my account. She was very pleasant, helpful and completed my requests very promptly. I felt very happy with the assistance I received!

I had a very complicated problem with the delivery of my son’s contacts 1000 miles from where we live, but Nicole patiently untangled it all over the phone with me, and my son received his contacts yesterday. Praise the Lord:)
