Upgraded shipping
My contacts were back ordered. I spoke with Warren Lewis in customer service and he upgraded my shipping to priority at no additional cost so I would receive them quicker. I really appreciated his assistance.

Order never arrived
Order never arrived. Replacement order never arrived (they sent a USPS tracking number but my confirmation said FedEx with inventory pending). Refused to give my money back and then the kicker—they were out of stock anyway!
