I waited the full ten business days and then some before being connected to Olivia for assistance. I received a quick response and was able to drastically change my order to something more suitable for the task. The large discount helped with upgrading my order. I ended up with a greater discount than I already expected. Thank you for all your help.

Great website, pricing and CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
The website is awesome and makes ordering very easy. More importantly the customer service is outstanding. I had a question during the ordering process and sent in an email, and I got back a very concise answer very promptly from Sheena in customer support. Also, the price for the EXACT same lenses to be placed in my frame was $1,000 (no, I'm not exaggerating) from my local eye care center, and it's $274 from LensDirect. The quoted time frame was the same for both.... +- weeks.
