Ordered on Cyber Monday and didn’t see shipping label in my email. (Great deals!) Called support and Denea was extremely helpful and sent me a new email right away and also a link for PD as that was a concern. Kudos so far LensDirect!

I just submitted my third order with LensDirect and this time with a pair of bifocals. Karielle intercepted my order because it was lacking the pupil distance measurement. My glasses hadn't even arrived at LensDirect yet, but she was on it as soon as my order was submitted. Then I also got an acknowledgement that she'd received my numbers freeing my order to go to production. This company is doing fantastic service for people, and it's people like Karielle that make it a great business.

My order was messed up and I couldn't find the shipping label and had some other questions and then Alex came to my rescue. He fixed it all easy-peasy. Thanks Alex.
