First impressions - excellent site and great customer service!
I don't yet know about the product, but so far, the service is great! I had to reach out with some questions and Kayla provided terrific customer service. I am feeling really positive about things and looking forward to receiving my new lenses!

Their customer service is amazing
Their customer service is amazing. Kayla was very helpful, answering all my questions, making sure my order was corrected (even though it wasn’t a mistake on their end), etc. Great experience! Highly recommend LensDirect.
