What a turnaround
What a turnaround. Keisha Louise was awesome!!! This was my first experience ordering glasses online and I needed to get my lenses adjusted. Keisha was EXTREMELY helpful, asked good questions and helped me get everything set up right. Keisha is 5 stars

These 5 Stars are for Ellen J. in Customer Service. Not only did they fix my problem, but they went above and beyond to help make the experience better for me. Just received my frames with new lens…
Just received my frames with new lens and they look and feel great! It was taking a little longer than expected so text LensDirect, it didn't take long for Bibi to respond to see what the delay was and insured me that I would have my glasses soon...thank you! I'm soooo happy that I've found a place where I can keep my frames and get new lenses!! Thanks LensDirect!!
