Great Customer Support
I had recently scratched the lenses on my prescription glasses, and decided to try Lens Direct to have replacement lenses put into my existing frames. I completed the order online, but was having difficulty uploading my RX. I contacted the 1-800# and spoke with Keisha who was extremely helpful with walking me through the process and she uploaded the information into my existing order. Keisha was very polite and understanding and I appreciated her help. Thank you. Tim

Color Discrepancy on Polarized Mirrored Sunglasses
I had recently placed an order for polarized mirrored sunglasses based on color samples emailed to me. Unfortunately after placing my order I noticed the color requested may not have been available any longer. I reached out to customer support and was assisted by Kayla Johnson. The response time was extremely fast on not only my initial email query but each follow up as well. This order did not work out but I would be confident placing orders with Lens Direct in the future based on the exceptional customer service received.
