Natasha, helped solve my issue. My contacts were not focusing properly and she was able to mail out my new set of contacts with the correct prescription without a hassle! 10/10 customer service

I just had the best Customer Service…
I just had the best Customer Service experience ever with team member Warren! This was my first time ordering and he answered all my questions, walked me through the process and was very thorough. I’ll be back and I will make sure to spread the word about LensDirect.com!

Buyer beware
Buyer beware - Selling products which break in approx 3 months, how convenient - i won't be shopping at your site anymore. Products sold not fit for purpose.😟

There was a minor issue with my glasses. Charlena in customer service was prompt and professional to help me. Great service, I am so glad I used LensDirect instead of going through the process of buying new progressive sunglasses, I saved over $400.00.

Warren was great.
