Such a hassle
Such a hassle. Shipping glasses back and forth across the country. It's taken well over a month to process this order. With all the delays and hoops that they put you through, I'm not ever going to do this again.

Nigella gave me excellent service when calling in to help with a correction to my order and even offered a free shipping upgrade! She assisted me and got me off the phone within 5 mins!

Good prices and customer service
Good prices and no hidden fees. One of my prescriptions was on backorder. Nyah walked me through the details and offered to cancel the order at no charge. I stuck with it and they arrived sooner than expected. I have purchased from LensDirect for several years and will continue to do so.

Great prices and customer service

website glitches & cancelled order for reason contrary to website
I could not get the website order to work correctly despite multiple requests to customer service, then when I finally placed an order using a workaround, they cancelled it after payment with no explanation. When I asked why, they said because my lenses need a prism adjustment. Their website says that they do prism adjustments. And to not tell me why the order was cancelled is poor communication.
