Big Thanks to Nyah at LensDirect for helping me find out where my frames were after dropping them at the USPS. She provided the tracking number and I was able to see the USPS were taking there time to deliver them to LensDirect. Thanks Nyah!

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses…2 Rx sunglasses and 1 Rx bifocals. Received the bifocals and 1 pair of the sunglasses last week, they were spot on, excellent quality. However, the other sunglasses still haven’t come, so I sent an email inquiry. Had a response within 2 hours, they had to be remade for some reason. For my trouble, the gave me a discount on the entire order and one-day shipping when they are ready. No flimsy excuses, no canned responses, just good, old school customer service! Not seen much in these days of talking to a non-human. If you’re wondering if you can trust LensDirect, my take is that you can…the process has taken a bit longer than I thought it would, but the end result is what is most important, and the end result was excellent! Thanks to Nyah for the speedy response and her honesty. There is no doubt, I will use LensDirect for all my future purchases!

LensDirect always offers great prices and I’ve never had a reason before to contact support. I placed an order yesterday but I wanted to expedite my shipping since I needed them more urgently, and the prescription still needed verifying. I tried the chat feature and I was able to get my prescription verified and my shipping expedited quickly and effortlessly! I has placed two orders under one, to take advantage of a student discount, and the rep Kimia, was understanding and very helpful. She help verify my husband and I’s prescription, and helped me upgrade my shipping. I never really use chat features for support because it can feel endless and robotic, but she made the whole experience very seamless. I appreciate LensDirect and Kimia for the great customer support!

I was having trouble uploading my prescription due to how I ordered and set up my account. Ended up with two accounts. Sharissa corrected my account and made sure everything was corrected. Great customer service!

Her attitude is what made the experience great. I was on hold for 10 minutes before someone picked up, so I know there must be stress for the customer service workers being told to resolve issues as soon as possible to keep the queue moving. She was patient, listened to me, and said she would reach out to another dept to find out what was holding up my order. She also said she would text me back with any updates. You can't ask for anything more!
