Horrible service
Horrible service, I was advised my order couldnt be fulfilled until 3 weeks after precsription was submitted, and after I went through the proces of mailing in my frames. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Lensdiect does it right
Lensdiect does it right, I have had several lenses replaced and they do a great job, they also stand behind their work one pair came back not flushed with the frame they accepted them back and corrected the problem. Hoping someday they have lighter tent available, many online companies provide this service. Kissel responded to my question immediately.
