Natasha helped with my coupon code!
Natasha, in customer service, was tremendously helpful! I was frustrated and disappointed that my order for replacement lens didn't seem to accept the Black23 Black Friday discount code. I had waited over a month to order my new glasses hoping for a good discount. After placing my order late Sunday night and unsuccessfully trying to use the BLACK23 code, I received a text coupon on Monday from lensdirect because they had noticed my interest in their site. So, on Cyber Monday I took the chance and followed the link lensdirect had sent me in the text personalized coupon and ask for help in applying any of the three coupon codes after the fact. Natasha took good care of me and in a timely fashion, appied a 40% discount! Thank you, Natasha and LensDirect for your great customer service! The discount was significant and equivalent to about 2 days wages at my job! Thank you and I will be back when I need glasses for the family. Happy Holidays!
