This is my third time using their lens…
This is my third time using their lens replacement service. They are the best! My first two pair are perfect. They took my Oakley and Persol sunglasses and upgraded them to my prescription. I needed to make last minute changes to my current order and @Keisha was great! She took care of everything and explained my options thoroughly. Yet another reason I will recommend them highly!

Thank you Keisha Louise! I called desiring to have an auto order canceled and payment reverse. I anticipated being given a hard time with groveling for the cancellation. But the call LITERALLY last less than 2 minutes and Keisha had my issue resolved! She had such a pleasant and professional voice and manner of speaking to me. Oh how I wish there were more customer service representatives like her! Lens Direct you’ve got a good one! I will forever be a Lens Direct customer, I’ve always had a good experience with them
