I like the pricing and the coupon…
I like the pricing and the coupon specials but the shipping even though it is free takes longer then expected

Great job!
I came to LensDirect to make me my first progressive lenses for some frames I already had. I was anxious about whether it would be made well or whether the progressives would make me dizzy etc, but they arrived and I was very impressed in every way. The coating looks awesome. The progressives were very subtle but effective. And my prescription is super clear. Thanks!

I was doubtful but follow all the steps…
I was doubtful but follow all the steps given by the website and waited. I just received my glasses today. Waited two weeks which was not a problem. OMG! I will never pay $500 or more (with insurance) for glasses at a local distributor. I sent them my Rx, added all the bells and whistles and could not be happier. Thank you for providing people a reliable alternative especially in these difficult financial times. I will spread the word and have become a customer for life.

The Best Company I have purchased…
The Best Company I have purchased replacement lenses from. One of the initial lenses was to big. I was able to speak with a live person, send the glasses with all lenses to the company for free! The replacement lenses were a Birthday gift. When I saw it would take another 15 days, I sent an email explaining the situation. 1 week later the glasses have arrived in perfect condition with a case! The best customer service! I will recommend this company to all my family and friends! I will send a picture with the Birthday boy wearing the glasses.
