Thank you to Bibi for assisting me through text. I didn’t get an exact answer, but that’s ok, she gave me a timeline on receiving my glasses. Would recommend Lens Direct yo others.

I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled…
I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I am, after ordering nearly a dozen lens replacements for different frames (purchase new frame-ship to Lens Direct to fulfill the Rx lens, I've never experienced an issue until I did. My latest pair after a few months of regular wear started to show signs of cloudiness around the lens where it was attached to the frame. I contacted LensDirect sent in photo's to show them the issue and no questions asked. They sent me a prepaid label, I shipped the glasses back and they are fixing the issue, no questions asked. This is a prime example of what the customer service experience should be and these days we see less and less of this. Thank you to a company that stands behind their product and excels in the customer experience. I will continue to stand behind and continue to recommend this company to friends and family.

Customer service is exactly that, well done.
I am just ordering my second pair of glasses from this company. Customer service has helped me both times. Agents have been friendly and courteous, patient, helpful and knowledgeable and in both cases, resolved my issues quickly. My first set of replacement lenses has been perfect and I have no reason to doubt that the next set will be likewise.

A+ Customer service
I was having trouble with my order, as it seemed that my doctor's info never got entered some how. Andrew was so polite and helpful. He got everything updated, and told me everything was going through, which it did. The tracking showed it was now onto a new step. Thanks again Andrew for being so awesome!
