This review is for Andrew
This review is for Andrew, not necessarily the company. It took almost three weeks to get my glasses and when I received them, they were a completely different Rx. I confirmed this by visiting an optometrist (at the cost of another $25). I got the RMA, provided them the information (through voice and chat), and even after these contacts, my information wasn't updated. I asked for expedited shipping given the fact the lenses they made were unusable and was told they could not make any promises. I sent another message asking them (again) to update my file with the correct information, and Andrew responded. He made sure the info was updated, and told me he would inquire about expedited shipping and let me know. The next morning, he emailed me to say he confirmed I would get 1-2 day shipping- THAT is customer service. When a company screws up an order like this, especially when people rely on their vision in their daily life, they should do everything in their power to make it right. I shouldn't even have to ask about expedited shipping! And my return should also be expedited. Andrew- five stars. LensDirect? Well, let's see if they get my next order right....
