Fast, friendly, and even exciting!

As always, LensDirect always has the best customer service. Kwasi helped me out with the issues that I had with the contacts I had purchased from them, and I’m more than satisfied with how it was all handled. I’ve been a customer for years and I always will recommend LensDirect to anyone I know who needs contacts!

The customer service was absolutely amazing, as humans we all make mistakes but the problem begins when we are unwilling to make amends for the mistakes, this company is different and therefore I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to deal with a company that is authentic

I recently ordered some lenses for some frames that were older and I needed progressive lenses as well. LensDirect knocked it out of the park. The ordering process was simple and I had a special request to extend the mid range of the lenses a bit higher than normal and they absolutely nailed it. The lenses are perfect and my glasses came back to me in better shape then when they left! Incredible service and amazing customer service that kept me up to date during the entire process. Will definitely be using them again.
