Lens Direct seems to be a predator that happily accepts and order but makes it impossible to cancel an order. Poor poor service. This is why you should go to a brick and mortar store where a person greets you and deals with you as a human and not just a blind, Internet exchange

My contact lens came quickly. I had previously placed an order with another vendor and had waited a month and still no update on delivery. Changed to Lens Direct and received the order promptly.

I’m impressed by the service!
I’m impressed by the service! This was my second order of replacement lens. I wanted to see how my first order went and I am a happy customer. Customer service was great and quickly replied to my questions! I’m convinced! I paid for my shipping this time and the turnaround was fast! I am able to use on my trip! Would definitely recommend this over the shipping label.
