Nyah really did a great job correcting my order
I had an issue with my order, and she cleared up 2 separate issues (id made another mistake) quickly and nicely. Pleasant experience, cant say that very often. Thanks!

Nyah was pleasant and professional. Being that this is my 1st experience with Lensdirect. I needed my PD measurements. When I receive my glasses in 12-14 days, I will gladly rate my experience again.

My initial order had a glitch BUT it was fixed quick
My initial order had a glitch. Be careful as it will accept order even if you forgot to enter a prescription. But then NYAH helped me so quickly on chat and uploaded my prescription and sent me a password reset. I hope my experience continues to be so good.
