The process was crazy
The process was crazy. I sent photos of the frame. Explain the make and model. Send the frames to them. Wait a week after they received them. Only to be told they cannot fit lenses to this frame. Frustrating is an understatement. The only bright side was the representative, Djanna. She was very nice and very empathetic.
Response from LensDirect.comOct 13, 2026
Hello Stosh! We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced. We understand how disappointing it must have been to go through the entire process of submitting photos, providing the frame details, and shipping your frames to us, only to be told a week after they were received that we couldn’t fit lenses to them. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we understand your disappointment. We’re glad to hear that Djanna provided you with kind and empathetic service throughout the process. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with her. Thank you for bringing this experience to our attention. We truly value your feedback and will use it to help us improve our communication and processes moving forward.
