These guys sent old spec lenses without checking new doctor's prescprition, which they are required to do by law. Impossible to cancel the order, impossible to get anybody respond.

I received my Ray Ban frames back today with my new prescription lenses. They returned my original (non prescription) lenses as well. I am SO thrilled with them. The prescription is perfect and I'm so happy to have my favorite sunglasses back that I can wear everywhere! Customer service was also great. I had reached out before ordering to make sure they could do a gradient tint that would look similar to my original lenses, and also talked to Haven to provide my PD. Would recommend to anyone!! Thrilled with my glasses.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The first time I ordered it took five weeks to deliver my glasses. I’m currently waiting on a second order that has been four weeks. I will never order from this company again.

Shipping took longer than I expected. The step of merely “creating a label” apparently took around 3 days before being shipped. Also, there is not much of a process difference between your services and those of 1-800-CONTACTS, which has been quicker in processing orders and shipping.
