Exceptional service
Adelita my customer relations representative was awesome! Quick response time and took care of my prescription update with ease and included the date of my next shipment! Made it fast and easy to check this off my neverending "to do" list. I so appreciate exceptional customer service and this was it!

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service. After my package was pending shipping for 3 days I called customer service to see if there was an issue. I Explained to them that I need replacement contacts immediately because an issue with my current box of dailies and asked if it's possible to cancel if there is an issue because I can get my contacts overnight from 1800 contacts. (Only went with lensdirect this time because of a sale price) she informed me that since the order is "pending" it's impossible to cancel even though the package hasn't left their warehouse. Then I asked if I could switch the delivery to 1 day shipping because of my situation and I would pay the difference. Customer service said she would "escalate" my order so that it ships immediately and see what she could do about the delivery. A few hours I get a message that my contacts shipped and would get to me in 5-7 days. I will never use this site again. Customer Service was more concerned about making a point to me than they were with helping me out with a service I was willing to pay for 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Very good service
Very good service. NYAH was very fulfilling in my requests, very prompt, always answered my texts and professionally handled my order. Couldn't ask for better service for glasses company.

This is the second lens replacement…
This is the second lens replacement order for my wife new frames this week. I contacted them with an email to ask some questions. Mario email's reply was prompt, fast and with all my questions 100% answered so I could proceed with shipping. Thank you!
