So far so good just got them and love them prescription was exactly right glasses are nice and light even though I have a high prescription love love them Just wanted to update because I've read so many bad reviews and it's kind of shocking to me. It's been probably a month or a little more and only complain I have is they took a long time but can't even really complain about that because they really did better than my doctor's office ever did with my prescription and the glasses are awesome. I've gotten so many compliments every time I wear everybody loves them they are the lightest most comfortable glasses the prescription is spot on and I have an extremely strong prescription so this is huge for me. Every other place I've got glasses from there Coke bottle thick and these are so thin and perfect total props to whoever made these good job

The glasses are good. A bit off on the prescription. Customer service always helpful and in a timely manner. *update* the replacement pair are the ones with the off prescription. Can't wear them. Oh well 🤷‍♀️

I was super disappointed that the "frames" were painted. I have to use my own doctor for my prescription lenses as they are tricky. And now i have a useless pair of rimless glasses with no detail. Way to misrepresent. The pics TOTALLY look like frames came with them at least. I was prepared to give up the crosses, but i really was expecting frames. But oh well. That's the internet for you. I bought them as sunglasses too hoping they at least can be be visible with the details. I really haye these companies being evasive. It's not fair. Buyer beware.

Starting to get the impression they’re going out of business at this point, honestly. I received my order after getting a couple of prescription glasses. I’m satisfied with quality, HOWEVER, when I reached out to the customer service line to request a copy of my receipt for HSA purposes, I was met with “the subscriber is unable to take calls at this time.” *click* Okay, no big deal, just send an email, right? Wrong. Two emails a couple days apart were sent with no message back to date. They have a customer service line listed here on TrustPilot too, but don’t worry, I saved you the effort of checking because that just gives you an answering machine. Oh, and Facebook? Yeah, messaged them yesterday and got crickets. Majorly disappointed. God forbid anything goes wrong with your order because there’s apparently nobody around to help. Your shipment is imported from China as well, so please be mindful that S&H issues have a greater likelihood of occurring. I will not be a returning customer and sincerely request you to reconsider your purchase from this shop as well. 0/5

My last order a pair of glasses were wrong. They got back to me to fast and asked how I wanted to proceed. I picked please remake the glasses. They did, didn’t even want the other ones back. They came fast. I have bought from them a few times and each time the quality of glasses have been wonderful. I need glasses to see and they have gotten my prescription perfect. Even though there was a mix up that one time the new ones came correctly.

I simply love these glasses but i put them on and everything was blurry at first and I adjusted them and viola i could see but they are a bit strong on the left side i cant see clearly out of them if i close my right eye I dont know who to contact to get them corrected..I rechecked my rx and i put it in right and now i have 3 more coming and im worried

They stole my patent for coffin prescription glasses called Lenore. I have all the emails asking them to make one custom pair for me and they claimed they couldn’t do it and then turned around and selling them now! I have a lawyer ! Spread the word!!! You reached out privately offering me a pair of glasses not even a full prescription and offered 2 Percent commission on my design you said you couldn’t make. All your other influencers have 5 pair. I bought glasses from you before and the frame was very small on my face. I have all the emails. You need to reach me before my attorney takes you to court. neglectfulvampire….

They are beautiful, lightweight, prescription on point!!! Couldn’t be happier with them!
