This order was much better than the previous order in terms of finishing. The delivery took more than 4 weeks while the first one took like 2 weeks. The lenses are well finished but there is a deep scratch on the by the lenses and the frame that is not in my vision area, but is it noticeable. Thank you
Kimberley
I happy to find a place that would place your own prescription in frames of your choice. Unfortunately I am unable to use glasses due to the left side of the Lense is not the right prescription it is totally blurry. And would like to see if this could be resolved? I am willing to send one of my glasses with the pair that you was sent to you to fix if possible?

A little disappointed with my single vision Trivex lens. Two problems: ghosting, mostly in the left lens from the lens mounting being a little too far back (toward the eye) in the lens. This brings in light from the exposed lens edges protruding inward. Two, the quality of the Trivex seems lower. These lens, with the exact same prescription, are thicker than the plastic lens you provided two years ago. The color quality is poorer than another pair of Trivex. A bad lens batch?

I love the glasses and am very pleased but I am a little frustrated. My glasses case was not mailed back to me and was instead replaced with a lensabl case. The case I had before seemed much more protective, and it was more efficiently sized. I am now stuck with a bulky case. I wish this was given as a choice when I checked out.

Happy to hear that your lenses are working for you! In our shipping instructions and in our FAQ, we specifically ask to not send in any cases or accessories with your frames as they do get separated whilst in production. My order was for 2 sets of new lenses for my own provided frames. But only 1 pair was sent back! Half of the order is missing! The order has both pairs with just one tracking number, but only one pair was packed in the box! Where is my very expensive ($750+) pair of limited edition Jacque Marie Mage glasses!!!
