Completed online form and submitted detailed prescription from my doctor. My request had a conflict with actual prescription which I was not aware off (I am not a professional in this field) and there was no follow-up to ask about the discrepancy. End result, two sets of glasses that I can’t use. Unless you are 100% sure what you are ordering, be careful.

Very Poor Quality
I made my purchase with Lensabl some time in 2020 (it’s not even a year with these lenses). First, their ordering process was poor and their customer service isn’t much better. I completed my transaction, including payment of course. I received a call back from someone with their company stating they need to charge my credit card more money due to the fact that my prescription requires a prism. I asked why this wasn’t itemized during my purchase? And I do not like the fact that I purchase a product, and then they call me back telling me I need to pay more.
Second, the quality of the lenses themselves is crap. I pay extra for “scratch resistant” lenses. When I say they were scratched, literally the first week, I am not kidding. And it only continued to get worse. I am very particular with my glasses, as they are my eyes. I am also extremely careful and protective of them. The lenses I received from lensabl are completely scratched up. It looks like someone dragged nails all over them. The only thing I do is wipe my lenses with a lense cloth. Therefore, I can’t explain all the scratches on my “scratch resistant fames”??
Third, before there were even any scratches, there are blemishes, that have been confirmed by eye doctor, as made in production. There are multiple blemishes within the lenses that were created during production. Honestly, these lenses were so bad that I wanted to call and ask for a refund. Talk about not getting what you paid for....
The reason I did not request a refund..? The only positive I can say is that my prescription was correct. I see very clearly. Out of desperation of needing my “eyes”, I chose to accept the scratches and blemishes and know not to purchase through this company again.

Not in pursuit of excellence
I sent my glasses to Lensabl for progressive lenses. Unfortunately the prescription I provided was insufficient for them to complete the order. I requested that they cancel the order and return the glasses to me. After deducting $25 from my refund for their shipping cost, I received my brand new Silhouette glasses back with one of the ear pieces broken off. Scary to think what kind of job they would have done on my lenses if they couldn’t even get them back to me in one piece.

Ignored my color match request for my sunglass lens replacement
I ordered new lens for my sunglasses from Lensabl.com. I chose the color that seemed closest to my original copper brown lens color. I added a note asking them to match the color as close as possible to the original. What I got back after about 3 weeks was an almost totally clear lens that offered no sun protection and was nowhere near the original color. I sent an email with photos showing their web image color and the result in my sunglasses compared to the copper brown original lens. I asked if anyone had bothered to read my note (apparently not). I later read that for a mere $10 additional they would match the original 'as close as possible'. Why did no one let me know that since I had written in my note that I wanted the original color? Is it not worth an email or a phone call to inform me? Result: I found a shop here in town selling the original lens. The same day an optician removed the Lensabl lens and put in the original Costa lens which included polarization - all for less than what I paid Lensabl. Buyer beware! Don't trust the colors on their chart. They also do not offer polarization as an option.
