Had a set of frames I liked, but wanted a bit more choice in terms of thickness, transition, and an upgraded progressive option. Sent them the frames, got back fairly quickly, so points for that. I got the Shamir Autograph option on the progressive, and that worked out pretty well for me. So points for that. But... The insertion into the frame wasn't great. There are guide pins and they bent one those sideways while inserting the lese. So the frame didn't fit flush with the lens. I did contact them about this and they offered to fix it, but by this time I'd already read some reviews stating they had inconsistent results in this area. Since it wasn't really noticeable from the front I decided to leave well enough alone. But kind of unhappy anyway because they had to have known they did this, and sent them back that way probably hoping I wouldn't bring it up. In addition, it's been a year and a half, and the coating is coming off the inside of both lenses. Just flaking off. And one big flake made it into my eye while I was driving in heavy traffic, which made for a heart pounding situation. So three stars for turnaround, and some decent options. But the quality of the install and the lens coating is just too much of an issue not to deduct a couple of points for. And frankly, the whole warranty and extended warranty thing is kind of a sham. For cases where there's no abuse that coating ought to last 2 years minimum. I'll be trying different online providers or shopping around for someone in town for the next pair.

My prescription is -4.75. I had the hardest time getting accurate and complete information for the Bose Tempo frame. The prescription could not be greater than -4,00. My doctor wrote a prescription for -4.00, then I was told it had to be less than. I went back and got another prescription for -3.75 😳. I'm glad I didn't give up. We're very pleased with the final outcome and I have "drivable" distance vision.

There was unexplained considerable delay in changing txt lenses to standard sun lenses . Esch inquiry got a prompt response but the delay contnued for several weeks. The final product was excellent but the amount of time it took wasn't

Not if you need them in a hurry …..

Not please w this company. Never sent the box requested to send frames in for lens. After I used my own box they finally sent me a box. This caused me concern that they didn’t seem organized. Now I’ve sent them my expensive frames and it’s been 19 days and still haven’t gotten them. After I send email requesting if there may be a problem I’m told another 6 - 9 days more until they ship. I can only hope once that happens they are done correctly. I will not use them to do my sunglasses frames.

I was waiting to see how they worked. I am seeing a lot of glare from headlights. I requested anti glare for lenses,I primarily need these for night driving.

I truly wish I could rate this experience higher, however there were a few places where you dropped the ball. First of all I would like to thank you for finally getting my lens ( the new ones and the ones that were replaced) back to me in such a beautiful case with a cleaning clothe and cleaner solution it made me happy. I didn't appreciate the fact that I had to reach out to you to find out why there was such a long delay in processing my order. Someone at the lab should have communicated to you, or me, that my order couldn't be filled as submitted and required additional payment and modification. I had to submit inquiries twice to find out what the status of my order was and only then was any action taken on your part to provide service. When the order was shipped and tracked I saw it go past my location and end up two states away before someone realized the problem and sent it to the right address ( this was more a USPS issue than a lensabl one). Overall I'm pleased with the quality of the work and love my new glasses very much. Thanks again for the experience. Wishing you success going forward!

My order is incomplete and there appears to be no direct way to contact Lensabl to address the issue. Why haven't my glasses been sent to me but the order was marked shipped and completed two days ago? You didn't include the glasses in the package! And after submitting this review: Heard right back and was given an update. Still a screw-up, but the information loop closed quickly. Thanks!
