This is the first and last time I will purchase prescription glasses online. When I got my Bose sunglasses that I bought with prescription, they are almost half an inch thick. I have been buying glasses almost every year and this is the first time I got glasses that I am not happy with. At local stores, they usually will remake glasses if I'm not satisfied with them. With Lensable, they're giving me 25% discount on a second pair of lenses. What a waste of money. Lessons learned

My prescription on lenses isn't clear and I am sick and tired of going thru lensabl. I will rather use a traditional optometrist. This isn't a pleasant experience.

I’ve ordered 4 pair of lenses & by far had a less than positive experience this time around. My order was stuck after I uploaded my current prescription. After requesting a status update (and chasing it as I think there is a glitch once you update your prescription & then getting lost in the system) I received a generic 4-7 business day response. Then my lenses arrived with dark black dots on the lenses that were really hard to clean. Also, the glasses cases are all the same. So if you are a frequent customer with a lot of frames from lensabl it’s hard to distinguish them from each other. I’m a bit disappointed as I was really loving this company...

My order took much longer than indicated, almost a month to receive glasses. I sent my sunglasses in for prescription lens replacement in a very nice case. It was not returned with my order. Also, the original lenses were returned unwrapped in their shipping box, but when I cut it open, the lenses fell out onto the concrete floor. Very disappointed. The lens prescription includes a no-line bifocal and is poorly aligned in my left pupil. Again, disappointed. I'm not sure I'll be able to rely on using these for much of anything like driving or reading. Not a good investment of $400+ and will appropriately review and vlog online my experience.

It took 12 weeks, start to finish, from the day I dropped my sunglasses in the mail to the day they came back finished correctly. The lab seems to have trouble making lenses without defects- it took nearly a month to get them back initially because they said they failed a quality check, so they had to remake them. And when they did come back after that first month, the right lens had a ripple defect in it that made it seem like I had macular degeneration. After a week-long process of back and forth emailing, they eventually agreed to redo the lenses. It took another week for them to verify and acknowledge the defect once they had received the glasses at their lab again, and six-and-a-half weeks after that before I finally received the glasses in proper condition because, yet again, the remade lenses failed a quality check and had to be re-made. As I calculate it, they had to make my lenses FOUR times before they got it right. Once they did get it right, however, the lenses were perfect - just as dark as I wanted them and in the correct prescription.

Still fuzzy but took forever to get it. They said they’d call if there was a problem. When I sent the frames they were firm on my face. Now very loose. I’m hoping I get used to them but nowhere worth what I paid. I want a refund. If I had a second chance I’d pass

I was asked to provide a review for lenses?glases I have not yet received. It is possible the fault is with the delivery service and not leasable per se. however better and more immediate feedback at each step would be helpful for example, a quick note to indicate whether they received the frames. I have attempted to contact customer service and as yet have not received a response.

After confirming all Rx details with a representative on 11/5/2021, I was told that my lenses would be done between 4 to 7 business days. A week later nothing arrived. I contacted customer service and was told they would get a status update and let me know. Nobody contacted me. I waited several more days and reached out yet again and after a few more days of waiting I was told my lenses were issued but they didn't pass quality control and had to be redone. I had to wait yet another week for new lenses. My glasses were delivered on 11/26/2021 almost a month later. I was very displeased with the lack of communication and initiative lensabl showed towards me. I consistently had to follow up on the status of my order to learn anything since the company didn't take initiative to update my online account or email me directly regarding the issues with my glasses.
