I really enjoyed my Lensabl experience. I’ve used a few other sites and their products and service has been garbage. I was concerned because my frames were very expensive so I wanted to insure them when shipped. They were able to help with that. Glasses shipped easily and came back with perfect lenses. Love to see people get it right. Seems like no online retailers stand behind their products anymore or they make it a huge hassle. Will definitely send back next year when my Rx gets updated.

They took a bad thing and made it right. I sent them a pair of Costa frames to turn into readers. It's one if the great things they do, letting you use just about ANY frame for Rx lenses. Well, the frames broke at the lab. So what did they do? They asked me for a link to the frames from the Costa website. They purchased a new set. Put my lenses in there, and then sent me the finished product PLUS the sunglass lenses from the new frames. And they sent it UPS Overnight Air! That's how you fix a problem. Well done!

Every dime was worth it. I am absolutely elated with my beautiful new Lensabl lenses with James Oro frame. I can't tell enough people how happy I am with my glasses. I'm 55 years old and can honestly say these are best glasses I have ever owned. Fit is perfect and vision is perfectly sharp and no blind spots. What a great service, and their work is beautiful. I sent them high end Matsuda frames with a complex prescription. They requested to do the lenses twice, to meet the highest standard, as the script was complex, and they did. Simply the best, most dead on, out of the box script I’ve ever had. Spend the most you can on the best lenses you can afford, Lensable will not disappoint. Period

Great communications about the status of my order

I have my glass but will be reaching out shortly. I am very happy with them other than a tiny black mark on the right lens. But the glasses are awesome otherwise
