I purchased a pair of sunglasses & tried to get prescription lenses in them. The first lenses failed quality control but I eventually got them back 3-4 weeks later. The measurements were completely off & I couldn't look through them without getting nauseous. Customer service was very helpful & had me send them back for correction so I appreciate that but they still are making me dizzy. I needed them months ago so I’ve pretty much given up. Im hoping to just get non-prescription lenses put back in them eventually.

I had to return one of the two pair that had lenses replaced. Completely could not see out of them. I returned that pair on April 18th and still have not received my glasses. So maybe I should wait to fo this review since I don't know if the replacement pair is going to be wearable.

The glasses themselves were ok, but the company is not good about keeping you informed if there’s a delay in shipping. Also, this was my first time ordering prescription lenses online, and after I followed what I thought was their procedure, I realized that I had messed up. There was no number to call, so I sent another email explaining what happened and with the correct measurements. What I got in reply was a rather snippy email informing me that sending more than one email puts me to the back of the line. It took a month for me to get my glasses, with me being the one to constantly inquire about the status. Their site claims they send out much sooner. Apparently the glasses didn’t pass all the inspections and had to be re-done, which I appreciate, but it would have been better customer service for them to send me a message telling me, rather than me chasing after them. So I would say the quality of the work is good but they need to do a better job of communicating.

It took almost 3 months to receive my order. Every step of the way I had to contact Lensabl for the order status.

I recently purchased a pair of razor a n z u smart glasses and there was a promotion for prescription lenses, so I wanted to take advantage of this for a present for my wife! And everything I read, these lenses should take approximately 7-10 days to complete. Unfortunately, my glasses took more than 32 days to be produced and back in my possession! This totally ruined the surprise I had planned for my wife! Bummer! When I complain to their customer service department, it was explained to me that it was a production issue in quality control of my product, so it had to be redone, that's causing the delay.. even though they had the right prescription, the right sizing for the lenses and was paid in full before the order was ever sent in! my time, expectations and satisfaction are just as important as their promises to their customer base.. that is, at least that was what I was hoping for! Wow they can't replace that valuable time lost and the moment I wanted to share with my spouse, I would hope that they would at least make an attempt to rectify this situation with some sort of compensation for future purchases down the road! At least the quality online company would try to do so, in my opinion.

It took over 6 weeks to get my 2 pairs of NO RX sunglasses back. And I live 20 minutes from your location. NOT ok! The glasses are ok except the CC (Chanel ) emblem is partly off now and sharp. This is my second experienced with you. First time was better. This wasn’t even a prescription.

the prescription lenses were fine. the problem was the Bose frames i ordered. they were too small, and there was no other size -- they had to be returned. the problem is, understandably, that prescription lenses can't be restocked. but, if you're going to sell with frames, there needs to be a try-on model -- like ship the frames with a cc deposit to test for size, fit, function, comfort. i got a full refund from Bose and reimbursement on top of that to the value of the Lensabl lenses, because Lensabl was "no refund." you need to fix that model.

LENS CAME WITH A VERY LIGHT YELLOW COLOR. I HAVE NO USE FOR SUCH A LIGHT COLOR BUT NEED A DARKER TINT FOR SHOOTING. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS TINT IS USED FOR BUT IT IS ALMOST UNNOTICABLE FROM CLEAR. WOULD BE PLEASED IF YOU HAVE A SOLUTION, LET ME KNOW.
