The frames and the glasses are great. There was some miscommunication with the order and shipping information. It was not clear if my prescription uploaded correctly and I never received a shipping confirmation and had to reach out to confirm both of these things. For that reason only 4 stars.

Customer service responses were prompt, but sometimes vague. The order took about 2.5 weeks to complete which is really not long to wait, but the task bar on the site didn’t fill in with each step so it appeared as if nothing was happening with the order. I think it would greatly enhance the experience if they would just be transparent about how long it will take before your order is processed instead of estimating 7 business days. It gives the customer the impression something is wrong when weeks go by without any documentation of movement toward completion. All that said, my order was perfect and exactly as I’d hope it would be when I received it. I’m very happy with the quality and result. I would use the service again, but go in knowing it will be closer to a month from the day you mail your frames for lens replacement. That’s the only reason I’m deducting a star. Otherwise, Lensabl delivered the service I paid for as promised, just much slower than they suggested.

Ordering was easy. Would likely purchase from again. However didn't receive updates as to things being shipped, they just showed up.

The company delivers a service that is excellent. Their products are superb.

I ended up ordering the wrong lenses. Ordering bifocals and not progressives. I know I wear 2 different prescriptions so in my mind thats a bifocal so I'm upset with myself. Maybe receiving a picture of what to expect is better than words. I have ordered correctly in the past. They are ok for most tasks but I can't wear them at work due to focusing issues with computer screen and reading at 15 -18"..

The glasses arrived in pristine condition and I love them. The process was overall simple, direct , and cost effective. I will say however the communication was heavily lacking as my frames arrived at the beginning of the month. And then I waited almost three weeks before I got any correspondence or updates. And when I DID get an update, I was that the process was done and the glasses were being shipped back to me. Why… set up the expectation that I would get step-by-step auto updates to only NOT do that. Three weeks is to me quite a long time of radio silence. Either change the expectation OR give the updates.

Lensabl was flexible in my exchange request. However, for both my original and replacement order, I did not receive regular updates via e-mail and had to check the account for updates. Even then, the account was not updated, especially with the replacement order. So my new glasses came as a surprise even after I contacted customer service for an update.

Well I can't give you five stars because of the back and forth response shortcomings. I received my order and they are very nice however the bifocal line was substantially higher on this pair then on the previous identical pair I had ordered before. As it turns out it's not a deal breaker, I did get used to the difference but I was disappointed I did not get a response when I sent you a message about that. Or if it possibly came to another email address but I haven't seen one.
