Handled adding new lenses to my older glasses without issue. I purchased new glasses and sent my older glasses to Lensabl since the frame was fine - it was just the older lenses were scratched and the prescription changed. The process was straightforward, customer services replies to my questions were timely, and time to complete was fine. Although I could log into the website to check the status, an improvement would be to email a status message once the process completes a specific step since there are like five steps. One day with my old-new glasses was excellent, let's see after about nine months of usage.

This is the 4th time I've had Lensabl replace the lens in my frames for progressive lenses and this makes 10 pairs of glasses. They do a terrific job at a good price. The lens are great quality and I will keep using them.

Getting new lenses put into my existing frames was a winner from start to finish. The ordering process was easy. Within a few days I received a postage-paid box to send my frames in. I was able to track the status of my order, and a little over 3 weeks later, start-to-finish, I received my glasses back containing the new lenses (1.67 high index). The lens clarity is great, and the overall value is great, especially using the site discount. I couldn't be more happy with the results.

Received my box today to send in my old frames. So far so good, although the box arrived 4 days late. Not Lensabl's fault. Deliveries are slow nowadays. Looking forward to new lenses in a few weeks.
