I received a pair of Bose bluetooth shades for Christmas as a gift from my daughter. I have a hearing problem and a lot of people complained when I turn up the TV or my music. When I received these I thought it was great but the issue now was even though it allowed me to listen to the TV or my music without blasting everyone up, I could not see the TV well as I wear trifocals. I took them to my eyeglass store but they said they could not replace the lens. After checking online with BOSE I saw that they recommended Lensabl. I contacted Lensabl and they walked me through the process of getting my prescription and the Bose shades to them. Two weeks later I had my glasses back and am now enjoying sound and pictures with no problem. Lensabl's customer service (kept me appraised of the status) and work was spot on. Definitely would recommend them to everyone.

They are the worse! Zero competence.. we've had lenses that were not the correct prescription, overly priced, you'll never speak to a person.. only email.. ama they're so different people that don't have consistency in how to respond. Over 1k for utter nonsense. They essentially lost a pair and expect me to just be OK with accepting the $500 loss without a refund or at least a replacement.

Awesome service as always, there was an initial error with my lenses but a quick message, send out of my glasses and a replacement all within a couple of weeks got that resolved. Thanks so much for this service. Appreciate it Rose

This is my first time ordering new lenses in frame I already had and I am thrilled with the results! So much so that I will most likely be ordering new lenses for another existing pair of frames!! the swiftness of the delivery after online ordering was impressive. Thank you

I received my shipping box quickly and have returned it with my frames to be fitted with new lenses.

I purchased replacement transition bifocal lenses from Lensabl for existing frames. The frames came back with some damage and the prescription on one the lenses is slightly off. I previous reported that Lensabl made no real effort to correct the situation after repeated requests. I was mistaken. Lensabl did provide reimbursement for repairing the frames, but I did not notice that their partial refund had been added to my credit card statement because it was not located where I expected to see it. We are still working through the issue with the lens, but its possible that it resulted from PD measurements supplied by me, and I now have every confidence Lensabl will remedy the issue.

I have used Lensabl year after year, to make sunglasses, and update my existing frames with new LENSES. AWESOME SERVICE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND :-)
