They shouldn't be offering progressive lenses. They couldn't make my order correctly. After about 4 months, a trip to the eye doctor to make sure the Rx was right and sending the glasses back repeatedly... I finally gave up. Now I'm out $$$. They got them wrong three times! I have the glasses but can't wear them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very frustrating.

The prescription is wrong on my glasses and I see blurry. I had a lot of back and forth with your representative via email and it just caused confusion. I asked multiple times for a call and your representative never called. I just got my glasses back and they are not usable and I don’t know what to do.

Order number 100106350 I ordered lenses from them back on 9/5/2021. Took a long time for the shipping box to come, but it came and I sent my frame in. No communication from them about receiving my frame until I emailed them. In Oct, they emailed about having broken my frame when they tried to install the lenses. I sent them the link so they can buy the frame online and replace the one they broke. Two weeks later, heard nothing from them. I emailed them and they told me they were waiting for my frame to be delivered. Another two weeks went by, heard nothing from them. I emailed them again threatening to cancel the order altogether as no one seemed to want to tell me what was happening. They wrote back and now claim that the frame company lost their order for my frame. (It is much more likely that they did not order my replacement frame to begin with) Feeling like this whole saga was a joke, I wrote back and asked for a full refund for the money I paid for the lenses and the cost of my frame they broke. It’s been two days. No one is responding. This is one of the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Apart from the time they emailed me about having broken my frame, every communication was initiated by me and I had to chase them around for an answer. Do not order from them is my advice.

After Lensabl requested for us to to email them updated copies of my mother's most recent eyeglass prescription and pupillary distance measurements, they emailed us a prepaid UPS shipping label. We returned the eyeglasses. Unfortunately, when we received the revised lenses, my mother that when she wore them, she felt dizzy wearing them. Also, she could still not see well when she wore them. Please issue us a refund and prepaid UPS shipping label and we'll return the package. TIA.

If you are LUCKY, three weeks after they said you’d get your frames back with new lenses, they’ll at least get your address right and send you either your frames with the wrong lenses, or offer to replace the limited edition designer frames they apologize for “losing.” Worst online transaction EVER!

Ordered lenses and paid quite a bit with transition. I noticed that the entire circumference of both lenses is missing transition tint. So you can see the rings clearly. I sent them brand new frames in manufacture case originally (they lost the case and a bit of my trust. Now this and they want me to send the pricey frames back to them so they can “polish” the edges. They say this $29 service I declined in my original order should fix the problem. So the nearly $200 I paid for the lenses doesn’t include them ensuring the transition tint is uniform across the entire surface of the lenses.

Zero if possible. Just a series of bungles. First pair didn't pass their own low standards. Second pair was close in one eye but way off on the other eye. Third pair wasn't even mine ... I was mailed somebody else's glasses. Fourth pair was clearly wrong from the first wearing. Customer service won't own up to any mistakes and blame the complexity of my prescription. Note that they refuse to issue refunds. Don't even bother with them.

I would do zero stars if possible. Sent in four frames, got one back over a month later. Status on site said all were sent back. I submitted tickets and finally someone got back to me saying that three of the frames broke in the process. These frames were hard to get from dleyeware.com (five stars!) and we ended up going back and forth and they said if I repurchased they would send the money to my paypal. I did get the money for the frames eventually . . . Now I've been trying to get a refund on the lenses as I don't want to go through this again and they keep closing out my tickets without responding. Horrible!!!
